Big O Tires

Great experience at this Big O Tires location. The team was helpful, honest, and took the time to properly check my car after front end work. They fixed the issue, handled my alignment, and even found and repaired a nail in my tire. I really appreciate the service.

i've bought a few sets of tires from Big O- the team is genuinely helpful and kind. the shop is centrally located and easily to get to! what stands apart is the service - they stand by their work and have quickly patched tires for me. most recently, i had an alert in my car re: low tire pressure and i brought the car in to be be checked. the shop was busy, but right away i was helped. their team checked my tire pressure, reset the monitoring system, and i was on my way, free of charge! thank you big o!!

They were so friendly, helpful, and clear. They had to order 2 more of the tires I wanted and said they would get in around 1pm and the car would be done around 3pm. They called right at 3pm to say my car was ready for pickup, which I never experience when getting maintenance done on my car. They gave me a tire rebate to mail in for $70 and you get free tire rotation every 5k miles. This is going to be my go-to tire spot. Thank you!

BEWARE NO SERVICE BEING DONE AND STILL BEING BILLED. Made an appointment for an oil change. Showed up and waited. I was billed and set to go supposedly. They called once I drove 20 mins to my house. I had not gotten any actual service done on my car. Had they not caught it, I would have not noticed since they reset the maintenance light. I can only imagine the trouble and damage it would have caused me. Super inconsiderate of your time and need a better system since the manager said this happens, rarely but IT HAPPENS. Super upsetting and disappointing as a customer. Got a complimentary oil change but honestly the trust is lost in this company.

I have been working with Big O Tires for many years, and they consistently do a great job. The service is always reliable, professional, and efficient. A special thank you to Will and Dolores—they are absolutely amazing. They are always helpful, honest, and make sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s rare to find such dependable customer service these days. I highly recommend Big O Tires for anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality automotive service.
